My cousin does what Eyore says above to get her rebates in PA. They want you to pay a fee, yet they made you get the box. Thats bs. I would fight them on it.

The ones who this will affect are the ones in the rural, urban areas of the country will be the ones who have to pay ransom for their mail addressed to RESIDENT. To top it the USPS will not let you opt out on receiving this mail, because they are making deals with companies to send their mail to all residents by address, eliminate the name.

Exactly the USPS should be charging this junk mail full cost for shipping instead of discounting it.
