If you don't know what your doing at your job...

JUST SAY SO!!!! Say... Let me get someone else that can help you!!! DO NOT.. give me the run around and tell me that a Hospital I know good and well does take the insurance that my patient has.. does not take it. Do not tell my patient the facility I scheduled their appointment with and GOT AUTHORIZATION from the company that your company chose to do those authorizations must be wrong!! DO NOT tell me that your supervisor is going to tell me the same thing and stutter the whole time you are telling me this... just transfer me to someone that can help!!! AND PLEASE... do NOT tell me to call the facility and see if they are contracted when.. 1. I know they are and 2) that should be YOUR job.. to find out what the "discrepancy" is!!! UGH!!!!!

Thank You!!! just needed to get that off my chest!!!

Thank you for being an advocate for your patient, as someone with medical problems that requires testing a lot I appreciate it. Sorry they are running you around
