When a "mother" can do this to her child and walk away ... the justice system has failed us one and all.
Most of us would crawl on broken glass and walk thru a wall of fire to protect our children - if a woman can do this to her own child - because that child stood between her and her percieved "freedom" and "beautiful life" ... what will she do to ANYONE that "gets in her way" She watched her father and brother be accused of sexual misbehavior, her father accused of murder, and she did nothing ... would society at large have any defense against this person once she is justified ( in her own mind ) excused to to anything, to anyone, to achieve her own ends.

I hope Zanny the nanny sues her for everything she gets from her book deals and interviews. All which I will be avoiding like the plague.

Well since I live in Orlando let me tell you about Zanny's attorney. His name is John Morgan - he is the top ambulance chaser in most of Florida. I HOPE I get jury duty just for this civil case - which John Morgan said upon hearing the verdict said "Game ON". I would give Zanny ALL future earnings of Casey without anyone testifying. That poor woman has been vilified because of Casey's lies - which have been proven in a court that she lied.

She said on the news she lost her job because of her lies then her car because she lost her job and was kicked out of her apartment because they believed casey's story. I wouldn't sue now if I was her unless the lawyer can get her caseys future earnings. I'd wait till she gets the book and movie deals she'll likely get then I'd sue her for everything she gets. Serve casey right if she did. I do give the judge in her case credit, he gave her the max for the lies four years but with time served she'll probably get out this or next month.

Oh, I soooo wish you would get called for jury duty on this case.

She gets out next Wednesday. Yes, the judge did all he could do. I honestly believe he wanted to give her more time but just couldn't do it.

He gave her a full year on each charge ... maximum allowed; ordered the sentences to run one after the other; and gave her the maximum fine of $1000 per charge.
It was the most he could mete out ... and the most he is allowed by the law to do.

I heard the local governments will sue her for the costs of the search, etc. for Caylee and such. WTG!
Mrs Pepperpot is a lady who always copes with the tricky situations that she finds herself in....

Yes, that's what I was saying and that I honestly believed that he wanted to give her more but was just not able/allowed to, lol.
