Quik Rewards vs.Freeride

I just want everyone to know how different these survey sites are. On March 12th I ordered a $25. Red Lobster card from Freeride. I stiil have not received it On their web site it says they will not replace rewards that are sent out. Now we earned these rewards so it is fair that we don't get them. They say it takes 6-8 weeks to process the rewards. I ordered 2 $10. cards from Quik Rewards on Thurs. last week and Monday I received them. If anyone else has had trouble I would like to know about it. I am thinking about calling the Better business bureau and see what they can do about it.

Quickrewards.net is fast with redemptions and responses. They are great for sure. Freeride when you redeem gives you a week to change your mind. If it takes 6-8 weeks to process, add that extra week for a minimum redemption time. I have found it may take awhile but I have always received my redemptions from freeride.

With Freeride it normally takes 10 weeks for me to get my GC from them. It is now harder to earn points (fewer emails, worth less points), and the 'price' of the rewards have gone up, but they are still reliable.

QR is one of the best ones out there though. They are quick to address any issues/problems/questions you may have, and send out their rewards very quickly.

I agree Freeride does/may take time to get the reward, but I have ALWAYS gotten whatever I cashed out for and NEVER Had an issue with them!! Who is to say if you ordered a gc from QR they would replace it? Fr just just tells you UPFRONT they don't and that is because of mail issues. I would make them show me proof it was actually mailed and when if I had not gotten mine in say 12 weeks or something in that nature. Because alot of these sites are taking longer to get. Even mypoints are getting slow at redemptions.

I think what really upsets me is you get a response that they will be with you really fast (in 2 days) and not once after all my e-mails has anyone ever answered me. I know things get lost in the mail so maybe they should send them certified or needing a signature. Or even answer a question!

Freeride still owes me from 2008 10/18/2008 $50.00 Amazon.com Gift Certificate. Never received. I've emailed them several times. I always get the canned response that I'll receive the gc w/in 10 days. I STILL DON'T HAVE IT.

So is there someone we can turn them in to to make them pay up or make them drop their web site. After hearing you have been waiitng since 2008 I think I will give up on mine.

Some on here have great luck. I just don't for some reason. I even tried calling them and get put on hold forever and a day. I've long since given up on getting my $50.00 gc from them. Before 2008 they were really good at sending out rewards to me. Now, I can't get an answer.
