Thread: Let me tell you about my loving family

There are people in this world that just won't change their situations, no matter how much advice you give. I went through this with my cousin. I just have no understanding why she won't move on and focus on her husband. She says she can't because her sister keeps telling her bad things people say, so why in the world is she still talikng to this person? It confuses me that's all. I would have been gone a long time ago. I'm not posting on this anymore. It just makes me baffled.

You still have not answered the question asked a few times.....Do you know her? are you related?

I kind of have to agree. At first I didn't think anything of it. But, it does seem that this poster seems to be following gm's post...A LOT! Seems kind of pathetic to me.

If your family treats you that bad, why do you keep going back? I think you need attention and come here to get it. If they are as bad as you make them here you would stay away. Interesting...and why would she respond this way? How could she possibly know that you were complaining about her on this site? It sounds to me like you were right all along.

Again, I'm sorry you have had to deal with family who is so obviously toxic that total strangers have been appalled by her behavior. At least you can avoid her with a clear conscience. Keep the e-mail as evidence the next time she starts spreading lies to other family members about how you are no longer in contact with her.
