I would but honestly i don't feel like dealing with the drama- i'll just ignore him and go on with life. we've been just fine without him and the support he should be paying(but it would be damn nice to have!!!)- it does piss me off though.

maybe if you post it he will understand how you really feel after all this time.

I don't think he even gives a crap to be honest. I'm done though. I did tell him that I am done and that I will not revisit opening the door for him to be in her life. Also stated that he can contact her on March 9, 2023(her 18th bday) and not a moment sooner.

why is he not paying? he doesnt work? i know he lives in a different state but they should all garnish wages or ssi or whatever to make sure he pays for his kids. this is NOT a voluntary thing, as so many men seem to think it is. when you make a baby, you have to support that baby until he/she is 18 years old!!

You need to PRINT out all of this and make sure the next time that you go to court you can post just how depressed and traumatized he is

Is he on disability? If so maybe you ought to send them a link to his facebook page so they can see how depressed he really is. Or talk to them if he is on disabilty and see if they can garnish him for child support.

OMG. It sounds like Chloe's father is my ex.
Don't you just love it when they through in the mental illness stuff? Poor baby.
All kidding aside, I wouldn't post anything on his facebook page it just may come back to you. Ignore him. gmeyers advice is good. Contact ssi, the child support agency where he lives and where you live, the irs, etc. Let the legal authorities deal with him. Write lettrers to them with the link to his facebook page. They need stuff in writing. And don't just stop at one letter. These people are slow and you need to be persistent.
In the meantime hugs to you and Chloe.

Why would you do this to yourself? You know he is a loser, yet you read his facebook? I don't get it? You know he is worthless yadda yadda yadda. Lose his page and focus on your child, not what he isn't doing for her. He isn't worth it. Take him to court for childsupport then forget his name and everything.
The more you complain, the longer God makes you live.
