today is not panning out to be good, another annoyance..grr
I just applied for LIHEAP and I'm not sure if i need to send my caseworker @ welfare the information from my last child support payment(she didn't need it when i signed up for assistance 2 weeks ago since i didn't do cash), which was in Dec 2007. Just to be safe I've called the domestic relations here to get the information. Now back in Aug of this year I got something saying they were transfering my case to Allegheny county since I now live here instead of Washington county...It's now NOVEMBER and Allegheny county says Washington STILL has my case??? WTF...it's been almost 3 months, what the hell is the hold up? No wonder it was so hard for me to get it enforced they can't even transfer the case in a timely manner! I called Washington's office and got a VM- with my luck they're going to say they don't have my case either!
I should have stayed in bed today I think.

I just HATE getting the runaround from places. Seems no one wants to deal with it or do their own jobs. Good luck getting it straightened out.

Since you live in Pennsylvania you can get a print-out of your child support payments online. Go to the PACompass site.
When I was receiving spousal support my information was always on there.
Blame Gov. Spendell for all of the budget issues. That is probably why your case hasn't been transfered yet.
Hope you work it out.

If you are on assistance, I am suprised your state hasnt gone after him to get their share to pay back what you are receiving.

They only do that if you get cash assistance, I'm just on medical and food stamps.

Would it be on there as my last payment received was in Dec 2007?

Should be. My payments are all there from 2004. Trust me once you begin receiving food stamps & insurance they WILL go after your EX.
