I'm so sorry. I know how hard birthday's are.
I've had 3 with my mom since she has been gone. I take flowers to her grave and tell her how much she is missed.

I'm so sorry. I've had 3 birthdays since my mother passed away. I always take flowers to her on my birthday and hers. It was always such a special day for her.
I understand the heartache of your mother not being here. However, she's still in your heart and you'll always be a part of who she was.
On every birthday card since my birth my mother always wrote:
A son is a son till he takes him a wife, a daughter is a daughter all of her life. ~Irish SayingName for a new country song: If I'd Shot You Sooner, I'd Be Out of Jail by Now.
