Thread: My week is horrible!!

so you guys know about my title fiascle. Now luckily i'm the kind of person who saves all my cc reciepts till i get the bills. Well my dh gets paid the first of every month and 1 cc card bill comes around the 6-7the so i print the statement off the internet to compare to my reciepts. and i got double billed from our pharmacy!! I had to call and dispute the charge. so i called the pharmacy and she was like oh sorry. Never offered the credit back. What is with people this week!!I was glad i disputed it. I also explained my dh said he thinks that was the day they were having trouble with their machine so they might want to go through their records to see if the double billed anyone else that day. But from the sounds of it, they won't. I feel bad for people who don't look over their bills very well. I meand what if someone paid alot of money i know there are days our medications are alot for a couple of mine and that's with the ins.

I watch my bank statement carefully that way if anything doesn't look right I can hopefully get it resolved quickly. It's sad that people just don't seem to care these day.

yep I am the same thank goodness for everything being on line now makes it so much easier to keep up with

its just so sad that a person has to do this!! but boy am i glad i do!!!
I just hate to think how many people got over charged. My mom is the type she would never even read her statement. she used to just pay the darn min.
finally she got smart redid her home loan and cut up her cc cards. she is not good with them!!
