trying to get child support for a child she wasn't raising..it's all about the MONEY. How old is there child? The court didn't make him go live with her..that's good,apparently he knew how momma was.
Tell her you are getting a lawyer and sueing her for 1/2 of what you and your hubby have paid into the house since their divorce..tell her it's that or sign a quick claim deed.

OK, heres the thing. Where she works has "profit sharing". Technically my DH is entitled to half of whatever her profit charing was from the day they married till the day the divorce was final. Guess what else wasnt included in the divorce. DH's plan is to have the lawyer write her a letter and basically say "You can sign a quit claim on the house OR ELSE I am taking you to court to file claim on my(his) part of the profit sharing for the 18 years we(they) were married." He doesnt care about her profit sharing, just the house, if that makes sense.
His son was 16 when we had to go to court over the child support. It was crazy. Life is crazy......lol.
