Thread: Where Does My Mail Go

first of all make a complaint with your local P.O
I was having problems with my mail at first coming opened,destroyed,etc
then it wasnt getting to where it was suppose to I have had many things "lost" in the mail.I always use my return addy but yet things that should have came back never did..Like the money order I sent to verizon to pay a bill.I had to have that traced.well then I had a letter that was put in my box by me(to get sent out) my mailbox is outside my house.needless to say it got to my town PO,then to charleston,wv(our main PO which is 60 miles and only takes one day or the same day for mail to get there)then back to me ALMOST 3 weeks later without a stamp saying I owed postage.I never forget to put a stamp on my envies.it took 3 days to go from charleston to here.,ok then I sent an envie out to someone on 7/25 and they never got it.I got tired of complaining to my local PO so I went online and wrote to the postal inspectors.it asks what was sent,by who,the date and what kind of mail.after I complained just about a week or 2 ago i got the letter I sent out 7/25 I got back 36 days later saying it wasnt deliverable.the usps site says its suppose to be returned at least 2 weeks later or less.then I started getting stuff back.never did get the verizon bill back(had to pay a double bill) anyway NOW I'm getting my neighbors mail.which i will complain again.so if you kewep having problems with the mail go to the PO that oversees your local one.if that doesnt work go thru the postal inspectors.they will watch and see if it continues and if there are any more complaints.mine must be bad cause the postmaster was following our mail lady around on her route.she does a lot of other things while she is suppose to be delivering the mail but I wont go into that.

Job security. Why should they care if you get your mail?

I know of a postal worker who also worked with his wife in the same office. He assaulted her with a knife(not sure if this happened on the job). They KNEW he was doing bad things with peoples mail on his route. Took them over 2 years after her attack to finally fire him.

I also know when I get certain carriers, I have to go to the neighbors to collect my mail everytime. I have launched numerous complaints, they still are at the PO.

go here if you complained to your local PO and nothing is done.especially if mail isnt being delivered,stolen,etc

otherwise call the office over yours if there is one.like for mine its charleston,wv and northern wv its clarksburg,wv.and so on.call your local po and ask them what PO is over them.they will usually tell you.I dont know how else to explain this for those that might not understand.I guess it would be the PO all the mail goes to from your local po.(thats where the planes,tractor trailers and what not are located that takes the mail to other states)

I got the same email, but like you I have not got the Mac and cheese.
I am not sure what to do. Do I email them and tell them I didn't get it, or wait to see if I get it?
