Had one son that used to pull, prod, and tug at his diapers, so I took to pinning his rubber pants on like a diaper, and for nighttime, I'd put a pair of waffle-knit training pants (those thick padded toilet training pants) on over his diapers and rubber pants, then pin the waffle-knit training pants like a diaper.
