I know you didn't ask me and I can't speak for all Pagans but I call it Christmas. Also some Pagans do believe in Jesus but they don't believe that he is lord and savior. They think of him more as a story teller. I celebrate Christmas just like anyone else does only I don't go to church. I also celebrate Yule.
