Just did a 2pt survey this morning and it marked off my to-do list.

I uploaded my Magic Receipt, and of course, my Nicorette (2550 pts) and my Sensodyne (170 pts) went to Pending for 9 days. AND the email I just received seems to indicate no points were awarded for the Sensodyne. In my Activity Record, the error message said 'Rejection: Unable To Find Product On Receipt' - so naturally, I filed a Help Ticket, uploaded the image AGAIN and pointed out it was the 6th item on the receipt, and in fact, I had purchased two of them (they were on sale). Fingers crossed...

I had sent in a ticket for the bingo before last because they didn't credit my shop before it ended. I claimed a smaller offer so I could send in a ticket for the X. I explained the whole thing to them in detail and they refused to credit it, stating that I needed to claim the Bingo before the end date. I replied asking them how can I claim it if they didn't credit my shop until several days after Bingo had ended. They finally agreed to credit it, but still scolded me for not claiming it before Bingo ended. They really need to hire people with more brains.

BTW, it's snowing here in Louisiana.

Some folks around here measured it at 9 inches. I didn't go out and step in it myself to see. LOL We get snow once every few years, but not like this. It'll just all turn to ice tomorrow unfortunately. But so many folks were posting pics of snowmen on facebook . Here's a pic of the sunset tonight.

One of my school friends who lives near Baton Rouge said she got nine inches of snow. Quite a bit more than the dusting we got in NW Ohio. Tonight's low temperature is supposed to get to -5 below zero. We've hit -1 (feels like -10 with the wind chill). Ugh...
