This is the first time the Ta-da boosts did not appear in my ledger. They all said they were worth 8 points and they all said I found the correct product. I guess I did my last ta-da about 3 or 4 weeks ago and it worked just fine.

Why did they wait until half way through November to tell you this? I don't shop through them. At least it includes Black Friday.

I know this has been mentioned before, but I just feel like venting. lol
I have a receipt with a bottle of Excedrin on it, bulk size, from BJ's. A store coupon was used.
Rules say:
Applying Store/Manufacturer Coupons isNEVER ALLOWEDand voids this offer
.
There's also a bulk size box of tea bags on there.....no coupon, but ON SALE.
Now WHY is it ok that the tea is on sale, but not ok that a coupon has been used?? Isn't the whole idea/purpose to get us to BUY the product?? Jeez, they're not even giving us 5 cents worth of points anyhow!
The tea was accepted and credited but the Excedrin is pending.
I know what the result is going to be, so I won't even bother to argue....but it's just so stupid and frustrating.

I'm not sure what you mean by my ledger in ta-da. I go to a store, go to ta-da, click on boost link, pick the store, they they give me a few things to go find, I find them, get the message that I found them (I've gotten errors , too, and they usually pop back up later), but I got no points this time. And the first time, it showed 3 items and even said something like "you have 24 points" if you find all 3. I found all 3 but got no points.

Your mp ledger; not tada. There are other folks complaining about it on the MP facebook page, so you are not the only one having problems.
