Today I submitted a Home Depot receipt -- just for the 2 pts "any receipt" and it is pending for 4 days! The pop up said they couldn't find the item. What item? They never have any Home Depot items on their Magic Receipts. Not like I'm buying milk and eggs there! Same thing happened on SB a couple minutes later.

This is getting stupid. I'm sick of them telling me that they hope we understand having to pend the points, because people are trying to fraudulently collect them. Yeah, right. People are cheating them out of pennies. Yesterday I was half way through a survey and was told I reached a unknown page. Tried to refresh and got the same thing. They are pending those points! I wrote back and said I understand if they are pending points when it's something questionable. But this is a tech error -- their error for not vetting these sites better -- why should I be penalized. No response -- as usual.

How much longer are you in Europe? I suggest stop doing Mypoints until you get home. Last week I read some comments/ complaints (either on Reddit, BBB, etc ..) where someone had been banned because they were trying to sign in from another country. Something about their software not recognizing where you're signing in from ....some type of security violation. I can't remember exactly what it was, but that person ended up being banned and was having a hard time getting reinstated.

They want you to send a photo of your driver's license for proof of who you are, and I wouldn't be willing to do that.

Yes, I've had that happen many times too and it makes no freaking sense what so ever. It also makes no sense to me why, last Monday, I scanned a receipt from Wal Mart that had 10 magic receipt items on it, and when I got credit (instantly) for it, EVERYTHING except the premium deals disappeared. For the rest of the week I couldn't upload any receipts at all.

I thought it was a 10 RECEIPT limit...not 10 ITEM limit??

I couldn't even finish my To Do List unless I went out and bought premium items.

They credited my 2 PT "any item" from Home Depot this morning. Someone is awake over there.

I have no idea what their stupid rules are. I can't keep track. I only do receipts if the To Do list calls for them, or if the receipts start getting old. If SB runs a Team Challenge I save them for that so I get Team Points.
