I send in a ticket for a technical problem -- they usually credit those when you wait for 10-15 min and take a screenshot -- I point out the time I started it (from the details on the account statement) which they can easily check. Haven't had any problems. (I only have problems with Magic Receipts -- they turned me down for ground beef on "any ground meat" 2x. Told me to check the details in the offer -- when I pointed out that they remove the offer when it is selected, they gave me 0 again.)

FYI -- I did survey #140833976 -- 51 minutes for 1020 pts. It said in the info box (?) that they have partnered with Nielsen. It was lengthy, but easy, only a couple questions per page, multi choice. No million little boxes to check or anything. It covered every subject you could think of.

But pends for 90 days when complete.

This is exactly why I have decided to no longer attempt any survey over 20mins. (Except Kantar).
They aren't worth the time anymore. I just skip right over them.

I'm still arguing with them about my survey from two weeks ago. Alex passed me off to someone else, who flat out told me I'm not getting credited, and the ticket was closed. I wrote back and told him it's closed when I get my points. I'm not giving up.

Did you send in a ticket for any of yours?
