Holy cow! The one pointers are working on my Firefox browser now. Haven't tried too many of them, yet, but can't believe they may have fixed it.

Well, it seems about one out of three seem to be working. Oh, well, better than nothing.

I just took this big long survey on vacuums/dyson and wasn't awarded the points. Unfortunately, did not get screenshots and do not know the survey number so can't send in ticket. Have a screenshot of the reroute page which states I completed the survey, but it doesn't show a survey number. Not sure if it's the last one in my visited page, cause (of course) it shows I spent 1 minute there. Ugh.

That's the one. I often spend 25-30 minutes, get DQ'd and then it says I spent 1 minute. Send a complaint with your final screen shot.

Watch your Bonus Mail click points. I didn't get 5 points for Best Buy - it shows on my Account Statement that I 'visited' with zero points, but not as 'click' on the Posted part of the account statement. If you try to use the help link on the visited side, it gives you a message that they have to wait for your purchase information from the vendor. Had to submit the help ticket via the Help desk; submitted screenshots of the offer, and the account statement showing as visited and not posted as a click.

Is it just me that gets tired of seeing all of the whining folks on the facebook page? Whining about the point perks not being posted on time. Whining about how much they're worth. For heaven's sake. It's free points. Quit whining about it. Ugh! At least now they post the point perk schedule; they didn't used to do that.

Well, despite all of my screenshots and proof of purchase, MP refuses to give my my 2550 points for the IHUT cookbook purchase. Another person on the facebook page stated that she had to return her book for the same reason and that Amazon gave her her money back and she didn't have to return the book. So I just put in for the return, and I don't have to return the book either. Moral of the story: Don't do any surveys in which you have to purchase something cause MP won't give you the points.

Surveys are really messed up today. So many start to redirect back to MP, then all of a sudden it starts at the beginning of another survey. Rarely even getting a DQ point.

Funny you should mention that. I got on mypoints a bit earlier than usual and got the 35 point Poprewards survey about TV shows and commercials. Normally the only thing I watch on the day it airs is the news but I happened to catch Young Sheldon last night so clicked on that. Did the survey got 35 points. Ten minutes later I saw a short survey for 20 points and I needed 15 to make the first goal so I clicked. IT was poprewards again and this time I did the news and got 20 points. That is so weird.

But usually I run into the issue that bonnie mentions. Survey never returns to mypoints for 5 DQ points but continually tries to get me to try another and another and another.
