Something has def. changed with them in the past month or so.......and NOT for the better.

I'm being blocked from several survey sponsors, and have no idea why. I've gone from 175+ points with YourSurvey.com, to 79 points , which says I'm at a ''critical level.''
It says if I go any lower than that, I'll be blocked from them too. They're deducting 20 points from me, left and right! Odd thing is......I haven't seen a "YourSurvey" survey, in almost a month! They say my responses are inconsistant. I know that's a lie, because I spend waaaaaaaaay too much time on these things, to lie or cheat.

I'm still waiting for 12 (TWELVE!!!!) help tickets dating back to Aug 24th. Two of my In-Store Deals from last month were denied, even though the item is clearly listed on the receipt. One response I got (automated) was to 'try again', but I can't because the offer has been gone for two weeks!

Questions on their FB page, messenger, and help tickets, all go unanswered.

I get yoursurveys once in a while but don't usually get credit for them. I just did a whole bunch of the Survey Cat surveys. They're only 14 points, but they only take about 2 1/2 minutes to do. They'll say 4/5/6/7 minutes, but they don't take that long. And once you have it memorized (cause they're all pretty much the same) you can go through them like lightning. I think I did about 20 of them this evening before they quit appearing on my survey page.

I finally learned how to upload my receipts so they give me credit. I have to make sure it looks clear and I circle the necessary items in paint (in red). They can't miss it. The last two times, it credited me immediately.

Most of my surveys I make sure to get several screenshots of. That's the only way to prove that you did it when the survey site doesn't give you points. But sometimes it's just tiring to have to keep doing that. They aren't very good at dealing with help tickets lately.

    Too confusing now!!!

Click on 'survey' at top of page.......and you can upload a receipt for 3 pts..

Click on 'In-store-Deals'....and you can upload your shopping list receipts for various points.......

NOW.......you can now upload ''any'' receipt and get 2 points bonus. (Earn 2 Points Any Items, Submit Any Grocery Receipt).

Wouldn't that be the same thing as the receipts we upload for 3 points??

They declined my receipt for In Store Deal purchase of ''6 bananas''. I figured they would.......when has a store EVER sold banana's individually? They're sold by weight, not quantity, and that's how the receipt shows it.

They also declined my receipt for Doritos purchased at BJ's. I guess they didn't do their research at BJ's. They don't sell the bags individually. They're sold as a 2-pack. I took a screen shot of their webpage that shows they're sold as a 2pack, took photos of the receipt, the bag of Doritos (and a bag of chips), and took photo of the upc code on the bag that you put both bags in to scan. Denied!!

I have the same survey listed 9 times on the Survey Home Page: # 4882953 Length: 10 min 34 PTS

I clicked on one. Quest 1 (3 options): Latino, Other, Prefer not to answer. Quest 2: Ethnicity: (already filled in for me) Next page: WE'RE SORRY! It appears as though there are no surveys available for you at this time. This is not to say that more surveys will not open up for you soon. Please try back in the near future for your next survey opportunity.

They wanted me bad enough to offer it to me 9 times, but based on 2 questions I didn't qualify for anything!! Anything??? Really??? I didn't even get the 5 lousy DQ points!

One day last month, I had 73 (yes, really!!!) surveys come up on the survey page. They were all pretty much the same thing......15 mins, 75 pts listed about 10 times........25 mins 100pts listed 10 times, etc, etc.....
    Why so many duplicates! Ridiculous!

I attempted about 10 and gave up, because it wouldn't even take me to a survey, just right back to the MP/survey page.

This one actually had the same number -- listed 9 times. It happened again later -- about a dozen (different survey number). Crazy. I've had them with different numbers, same length of time, same reward (usually those Lucid) -- I don't do those.

After that happening to me when I submitted my cat litter receipt and them denying that I had ever added the offer, I have learned to get screenshots of the offers I plan to buy, too. I usually get two in order to make sure that the store I plan to buy it from is shown, too.

Also, I notice so many folks on the mypoints facebook page thinking they got points for searching for particular things. I want to tell them that it doesn't matter what they search for, but I've already been blocked for helping folks there, and if I posted using a different fb profile, they'd probably ban that one, too. LOL In case y'all don't know, you can just put one word in the search bar, and just hit the search button now and then. You don't have to change the word. I put "cat" in there and hit search once in a while whilst doing other internet stuff. They don't check to make sure you're searching for different things.
