Maybe for the same odd reason that I had been banned from sending in any tickets for over 2 years. Every time I tried I got a message about not being permitted to go there or something. I finally left a message for them on Facebook and it took a week or so , but they fixed it. No explanation as to what happened. Now, there doesn't seem to be any way to send a message to them on FB. You can only post and hope someone reads it.
Also, I have not seen any Discover deals for low points since early September. I can see them if I sign out but it doesn't matter what computer, what browser, what location, what internet company, I try. If I am signed in, they are not available. They don't need a reason to screw with us."If I don't write it down, it doesn't happen."

All I have left of the bingo board is the stupid shopping square they haven't credited. I managed to complete (after over 2 hours) a survey worth 115pts on REVU. That filled my 100pt square that PCH didn't credit. So I entered the amazon sweepstakes and bought a gift card from Mygiftcardsplus. I was getting really aggravated cause I was trying to purchase with my cc and it kept giving me a "security violation" message. I made sure everything was correct, checked my ad blocker and everything was in order. Finally had to resort to paypal in order to purchase it. Now if they'd only credit my shopping square.

My neighbor is having problems, too. She uploaded a Friskies mix receipt and it was rejected. You can see it clearly, it's the last item on the receipt. She's not happy cause she needs it for Bingo.

Last week they rejected my Friskies Magic Receipt -- only thing on it! Said they couldn't identify the product. I scanned the front of the entire bag, the UPC and the receipt (again) with circles and arrows. I got my credit, but not on the day I needed a receipt -- of course.
SB credited my pending stuff last night at 12:59am, a couple days early -- but it went on today -- To Do list didn't need it today, needed it yesterday. Such a stupid policy.

My walmart shop credited and I was able to get the entire bingo board. But the Walmart shop from October 17, they have closed for the second time and told me to resubmit it. I just submitted it for the third time. This is ridiculous.

They just closed my walmart shop ticket for the third time and then had the nerve to send me one of those customer satisfaction surveys. Well I certainly let them know why I gave them a poor rating.
