I got that message on something else. Same thing, clicked on it and sent back to the survey home page. It was not a guaranteed survey so I didn't worry about it. But I did wonder why they would say that since I didn't even get in.

They never credit any tickets I send in. Most of the time they just close them without and tell me I can submit it again.
