These aren't the same items that are in the magic receipts page. Mine often say something like any cheese, or any condiment, or any cereal. I think the ones I found and scanned and got no points for were any soap, any bread, and any chips. I don't have them in the mypoints list.

Anyone else having problems with completed mobile surveys not marking off "complete a survey" on your to-do list? It's been happening to me a lot lately. I keep having to send in tickets for it and I always get their stupid response:
"Unfortunately, we have not found adequate support to conclude the transaction was completed in accordance with all required terms and conditions, including our Terms of Use (https://www.prodege.com/terms-of-use/). Therefore, we are unable to extend the credit you seek."
They can't have even read my ticket because I made myself absolutely clear that I had completed the survey and already received the points, and wasn't asking for more points, I just wanted it marked off of my to-do list. I even sent in screenshots of the entry in the ledger and of my to-do list board. It's ridiculous!Insanity is hereditary; you get it from your kids.

Is this really so hard to understand?
My original ticket which included screenshots:
Mobile survey on frozen sandwiches that I completed and clearly received the 43 points for didn't mark off "complete a survey" on my to-do list. This happens to me often. Please fix it. Thanks.
Their reply:
Hello Bonnie,
Thank you for raising your concerns with Customer Support. We have evaluated the information you provided and reviewed our records with respect to the transaction(s) at issue, along with those of any associated third parties.
Unfortunately, we have not found adequate support to conclude the transaction was completed in accordance with all required terms and conditions, including our Terms of Use (https://www.prodege.com/terms-of-use/). Therefore, we are unable to extend the credit you seek.
If you have any other questions please let us know by replying to this ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
Reply to their stupid remark with screenshots:
I clearly completed it and got the points for it. I'm not asking you for more points. All I'm asking is that you mark my survey completed on the to-do list. How hard is that for you to understand? Since you need more proof, here is the ledger entry for it that CLEARLY shows I got the 43 pts and that it was "completed." Just mark the "complete a survey" off my to-do list like it should have done when I completed it. This happens to me quite often on mobile surveys and I'm tired of it.
Their reply:

My reply to their reply:
Thank you, but you didn't read my ticket. I already got the point credit. I merely wanted "complete a survey" marked off on my to-do list since the completed mobile surveys do not mark off on the to-do list. Please mark off "complete a survey" on my to-do list so when I upload my receipt I will get the 15 bonus points that I deserve.
Images I uploaded:
So instead of just marking off my survey on my to-do list, they gave me 43 pending points. Granted I got more points than I asked for, but it's just stupidity on their part.Last edited by bonniejeanne; Today at 11:16 AM.

That's happened to me the last 3 times I sent in a help ticket where I was NOT asking for points to be credited. I think on one of the tickets I checked off the ''there was a technical problem'' option and I got the exact same 2 responses you did....word for word. The 3rd response you sent should get answered by Alex now, and then if you respond again, Dave will answer. LOL.
I think they do it that way to purposely piss people off, and then they think we'll give up.
