I've sent in three tickets today and all were declined. The last one I even sent proof with the "thank you for taking our survey" screenshot. Alex is in true form today.

Just spent 23 mins on a political survey that was supposed to be 15mins and it didn't credit. Got the completion screen and it didn't even redirect to mp. I'm so tired of this. They tell me that if the survey company doesn't give us points, then that's it. They can do nothing about it. They need to get rid of these fraudulent companies.

Just got this from Bitlabs:

"6 out of your completed surveys have been rejected. You can still complete surveys, but please answer honestly and with more care. Visit your reward history for additional information."

Do they think I'm being dishonest? I'm being rejected. If I wanted to qualify, then I'd be dishonest. LOL

Can't even get my points when I show proof of completion. Here's the letter from Dave:

Sounds like a load of bull to me. Just a way survey companies can get out of awarding us points after they have our info. Then MP just states they can do nothing about it. They need to get rid of these cheating survey companies.
