    MP is deliberately refusing to credit any of my tickets. Sent them one today with all kinds of screenshots to prove that I took it, including a screenshot of my ledger to show how much time I spent on it and they still refused it.

    Here's my reply after going back and forth about them not crediting my survey.

    Our records indicate that this survey ended in your disqualification. You should be able to confirm this in your activity ledger as well. As you may have heard already, disqualifications are a deliberate decision by the survey provider to exclude a respondent from the survey to maintain the quality and validity of the responses collected. Disqualifications are not technical errors; they are quality control measures.

    At MyPoints, our role is to reward participants who meet all survey requirements in compliance with our Terms. The survey partner ultimately determines all survey requirements and whether an award is issued. Note that we typically do not receive any compensation from our partners when respondents are disqualified.

    Unfortunately, given the provider’s determination, we will be unable to provide credit for this activity.

    What's stupid is my neighbor sends in tickets for the exact kinds of things as me and she gets credit for them; no problems. She doesn't even have proof that she did the survey. Just sends in a ticket of the error screen and they credit it. I have tons of screenshots including the completed screen and they won't credit me. Makes no sense. Really makes me wonder if they are just targeting me because of the BBB complaints.

    Same kind of BS happens to me about every other month. And my responses always come from the same guy....ALEX!! I don't know WTH his problem is, but they need to get rid of him. I don't have problems with anyone else except him. I've mentioned him a couple times when I get the ''How did we do" survey too.
    Doesn't seem to do any good. I got a response from him last week about a help ticket. I didn't even open it...just deleted it.

    Well, I just had a pleasantly weird experience at MYpoints. First the bad news. For Bingo, I needed to upload a premium receipt to get the 4th column. I uploaded arm and hammer cat litter from Petsmart. IT was the only item on the receipt but it doesn't spell it out. It's got the UPC number then AR HB 10.5LB. IT takes a human 4 days to figure out that means Arm and Hammer Hardball litter 10.5 pounds. I needed that to credit by Monday not Wednesday. So I sent in a ticket asking them to credit the bingo square even if they delay the points.

    Then I uploaded a grocery receipt with no items that get points on it. I got a message that they found an item I had not checked. Something called "refresh your car" for 170 points. I looked over my receipt and did not see that, only edible groceries.

    I still hope to get the points for the cat litter but now the bingo square is checked off. I don't need them by Monday.

    I hope no one from Mypoints reads this forum.

    I had that happen once. Credited me for something that was not on my receipt. Certainly not going to complain about that. LOL
