Made both my goals this morning with one survey.
I attempted another survey and got credit for that one too. It was the exact same survey as the first one...but one was worth 170 points, and the other worth 20 points. Someone wanna explain that to me??
Only 4 TrueX for me this morning. (Around 8am).

My survey ticket has been sitting there for a month and nobody will credit it. I commented on it again today. It was a high point survey with a product test worth nearly 4000 pts. There were actually three parts to it, all worth the same amount. The final part was credited last November, but the other parts pended and never credited. They owe me nearly 8000 pts.

What's this garbage??
I affirm that all provided information is true and accurate to my knowledge. Submitting false claims, duplicative inquiries, or disrespectful communication may result in account termination and legal consequences.
Now they have the right to sue us if we argue with them, or send our help tickets in more than once??
When do WE get to sue THEM for not crediting us for the work we do but don't get credit for??

Finally completed a survey today. I haven't been trying very many cause I'm just so tired of the constant errors and rerouting to other surveys. I saw one that stated 3/68 and gave it a go. It was one that is usually stated as 1/9 that asks one question about what you bought at Walmart or Walgreens, and it actually credited the 68 pts.

WTH? I just completed that one (Klondike bars and Tombstone Pizza), and only got credited 17 pts!

Does EVERY item on a Magic Receipt go to Pending now?!
I just had 4 items on one receipt (3 at 3 pts each, and one at 170pts), and all of them are pending.
I also have one for eggs (3 pts) pending from 2 days ago, and another for 340 pts from 5 days ago.
This is ridiculous!
ETA...Just noticed that the 3 pts items from today say they'll credit in 3 days, while the 170 PT item says credit in NINE days! Wth?? They're on the same friggin receipt!

My 3 point ones usually credit immediately but my "starred" offers are a toss-up. IF they are alone on the receipt, no other items bought, I have about 50% chance of not pending. But if I buy other items, even things with no credit, they almost always pend. My walmart is all self check out so I just do separate receipts for each magic receipt item.

About 5 mins after I posted that "ETA" comment, I was credited for the 170 pts, but all the 3 pts are still pending.
I'll never understand MyPoints.

After more than a month of them ignoring my high point ticket, they closed it with no credit and no further responses.
I just sent another letter of complaint to the BBB.
