starting about 2+ months ago, the pop reward surveys either wouldn't load or wouldn't credit. So if i see them on my desk top, I grab my phone and try to do it there. It still only works about 90% of the time but that's better than 0%.

I'm not getting any surveys, so no DQ pts there. So far only one 7 point search. Not sure if I have any receipts to upload. I did most of them yesterday.

Guess I'll just have to start off the new year not making my goal.

And why is it that those Discover Deals only work on phones??
How do you get the discover deals on the phone? On my app at the bottom when I click on discover i only see the big point items and I can't find the way to sort by value like on the desktop. No matter how far I scroll, the smallest deal is worth over 1000 points.

I don't use the app on my phone. I just get on the internet and go to their website. For some reason it works that way, instead of on my laptop.

I use the website on Safari browser. Just choose Deals from the left side drop down menu, then scroll down just a bit to sort by min-max. The low point deals will appear first.

There are a lot of people who have given bad reviews for MP at the BBB site lately. Looks like a lot of folks are fed up. Here is the review I left.

They aren't awarding points that members have earned. It's not just me. I've sent in tickets for points that I've earned and they mark them as solved and close them to further comments without crediting them. I have to keep sending in tickets and they keep closing them. I've seen other members complaining about this. The points are practically nothing in themselves, but it seems the company wants us to spend hours doing stupid surveys and don't want to award our points. It's very frustrating. I am a senior citizen and I shouldn't have to spend so much time sending in tickets for surveys that should have credited in the first place. Over the last two days I've completed six surveys that didn't credit. I sent in a ticket for one because I figured if I sent in tickets for all of them they would just close them. They just closed a ticket that I have sent in five times for credit. I'm fed up with their nonsense so am reporting them.

Well, they just credited one of my tickets. Now they got about 4 more to go, and I haven't even submitted tickets for the 5 that didn't credit yesterday. I get so tired of that response about the system not tracking me. They need to fix that. Most times my ledger clearly shows that I spent at least the required amount of time that the survey stated.

Imagine how I feel when they keep telling me that they're showing I was disqualified, when I have PROOF that I completed the survey! Jeez, just flat out call me a liar, why don't they!?

THEY are the ones who told us to do all this stuff.

If something is wrong with a sweep...report it.
If you get a confirmation page, take a screen shot.
If you have a screen shot, send in a ticket.

Don't tell us to do it and then dismiss it!

They still haven't credited my 170pt magic receipt for the last bingo, nor for the points for the bingo. I'm not buying any more high priced items because their system never seems to recognize it, and it goes to review, and they don't credit it anyway.

Has anyone else noticed ''portal. secureforward.com'' in the address bar lately when clicking on surveys? What the heck is it?

I'm getting that a lot lately and all it does is dq me from the survey, or just takes me right back to the survey page. It's becoming just as annoying as the one that has ''fraud'' in it.
