    Gah! Uploaded Magic Receipt with Premium purchase (Ferrero Rocher bar) last night, and of course, the FR purchase went for review. This morning I see it was 'Not Approved' after a Manual Review. Submitted a Help Ticket, naturally, with a photo - receipt with product printed, emphasized with Post-It flag, and the candy in question on either side of the receipt. It probably won't be settled before BINGO is over...grrr...

    Same thing happened to me again. They still haven't credited the previous Bingo for me. I have sent tickets in twice and both times they marked it solved and closed it to further comments. So infuriating. I sent in a ticket for this one and asked them to credit my previous one, too.

    Sooo...I uploaded another receipt tonight with two premium items (plus several non-premium items). Thank goodness it did credit me for the Hellman's Mayo, so I was able to collect 140 pts. on Bingo.

    BUT - they rejected my Nicorette purchase (2550 points) after Manual Review. Of course, I sent them a photo of the receipt AND product, and used Post-It flags to mark the date on the receipt as well as the purchased item on the register receipt.

    When I looked at my Help Tickets, I saw that they marked the FR chocolate as being 'solved' tonight, but no one contacted me, and I never got credit - so I'm resubmitting my request, referencing the previous ticket (which said a dedicated customer service person would contact me within 10 days - didn't happen), attaching the same photo of the receipt with chocolate bars. Fingers crossed...

    I've had to resubmit three times for the previous bingo. They keep marking it as solved and not crediting it. The magic receipt for this Bingo was rejected and I submitted a ticket for that on Saturday. Of course nobody was working this weekend, so it never got credited, and so I wasn't able to submit my Bingo. Once they credit the receipt, I'll send in a ticket for this Bingo. I don't know why they include Magic Receipts on Bingo as they never seem to credit.

    Hopefully they'll either get some new software, or update what they have, so all these premium offers get credited when they should.

    I hate to think what kind of BS they're gonna throw at us in the new year. A couple other sites I visit are starting to raise the amount of points needed to redeem for gift cards. I'm sure that's coming at MP too.

    I have a feeling they'll raise my first goal too. LOL. They surely aren't going to leave me at 94 pts forever!
