Looks like a new auto-response from MyPoints.
I've had to send a help ticket 3 times in the past week, for not getting credited for surveys I completed. I used to get a response that they were checking in to it and would reply as soon as they could. Now I"m getting this response within 2 mins of sending:
Hello,
In order for Points to post to your account, upon finishing a survey you must redirect back to MyPoints where you will receive a notification on whether you qualified or non-qualified for that study. Sometimes surveys will ask you to click a button in order to redirect back to MyPoints. If you do not do this, our servers will not be able to identify that you finished the survey and award Points to your account.
Our survey partners at times have very specific demographics they are trying to fill. In assisting them and providing survey opportunities to our members, we will send out more survey invitations than the quota requires. So you may not qualify because the quota for your demographic has already been filled.
MyPoints surveys are hosted by survey partners and as such MyPoints has little control over the experience. It's possible that there are errors with the set-up on either MyPoints' end or the partner's end.
Here are some troubleshooting tips:
- Is your operating system software current? Old versions of Windows may not be compatible with the survey platform.
- Is your browser version up-to-date? Surveys function best with the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome. Surveys may work in older or different browser versions, but keep in mind that lesser-used browsers like Safari or Opera may not be compatible with many survey platforms.
- Are your browser settings interfering with the survey programming? You may need to enable Javascript or Flash.
- Do you have multiple survey tabs or windows open? Finishing one survey and opening a new one in a new tab could cause errors as the new tab/window may not properly refresh to register that the survey was completed.

I have a folder full of mypoints screen shots proving I got to 97% finished but then got a disqualified. Multiple screen shots for all surveys. IF they credit, I delete them otherwises I hound mypoints.

I've been hounding them for 170 pts they owe me, from Aug 24th! Still waiting. Getting ridiculous.
I try to take screen shots, but a lot of times the survey ends so fast that it's impossible to do. No warning that you're on the last question.

I got mine this morning too.
Yeah, When it seems like I am about half way thru the supposed time , I start thinking about screen shots. Some surveys have a progress bar and others say something like "just a last few questions about you". That's my clue.

Has anyone noticed that they changed the bonus for doing all 9 items on the to-do list. I get an email everyday that says "Complete 5 activities on your To-Do List. Earn 5 Bonus Points.
Complete all activities on your To-Do List. Earn an additional 5 Bonus Points."
But I have been getting 12 bonus points.

09/21/20 To-Do List - 5 Items OTHER +5
Also, my coupon prints are worth 3 points this week. I used cute.pdf so they print to a file instead of the printer.

I never get all 9 checked off. I don't do the 'activate score' option. I just get 5 pts when I complete 5-8.
FIgures the coupons would be worth more when I don't have a printer!
