Really? I've been getting Survey not found when more than halfway through for every one of them. Seven so far. I hope they credit me for them.

There was a survey cat that was 35 points. I took it hoping it was something else since it was 35 points, but instead got another survey cat survey that gave an error.

I have no idea. I have never ordered delivery. I order it to be shipped, and I get points that way. It seems like even if you order it to be delivered that the MP Score would track it. Or do you want to enter a receipt for magic receipts? I don't believe you can do both.

I can no longer find a way to submit a ticket for something that is not listed in my ledger. I completed a survey on RevU and wasn't awarded the points. RevU doesn't have a way to contact them unless it is shown on their offer wall, and it rarely shows any surveys that you clicked on. It hasn't shown much that I've clicked on for ages. And the RevU surveys that you don't get credit for aren't shown in the MP ledger. So how do I get credit for finishing this 44 point survey? Anyone know where to submit that?

You can go into your account, view your purchase history, click on view details of the order you want, and it'll give you a print option on the upper right. But it looks nothing like a regular receipt, and I doubt MP will accept it. Do they email you a receipt?

I never saw that before.

It gives me a list of the things I purchased, but only the prices and date....

1....$12.99.......12/21/2022
2....$8.99.........12/21/2022
3.....$4.99.........12/21/2022y
etc....

I'll just stick with ordering through the email. I'm pretty sure I'm getting more points that way anyhow

I've never known a way to contact RevU. That's why I never do their surveys. Sorry

You see that funny little icon that looks like headphones at the top right.

You click on the headphones and it leads to this page which is supposed to show all of the offers you clicked on (but it doesn't) and you can click on the get help link next to the offer you need help with.
