    Do you mean automatically? Cause if they don't automatically pop up, you can just click on the score square in the top right of your browser and it'll pop up.

    Had to remove, then add it back on then restart computer. Works fine now

    Thanks for the tip. It doesn't show any activity at all for me in November, which I know is incorrect. I didn't take screen shots, so I guess I'm stuck. But I'll be more thorough in the future!

    Did anyone do the CBS Mornings survey, where you had to watch the show on Nov 3? They finally put the survey up and on the first screen it shows that the survey company is offering 680 points for it. Without thinking I just clicked continue, and then it hit me that it said 400 points on the MP page. It wouldn't let me go back to the first page, and didn't get a screenshot. So if you do it, make sure to get that screenshot of the first page. Missed out on 280 points.


    Woot! Found my original survey screenshots in which they stated I would get 680 points for the followup survey, so submitted my ticket with that.

    I'm getting aggrivated with surveys - instead of getting 5 DQ points, I've been getting redirected to the survey page as if I didn't attempt one. This used to happen from time to time, but last night it happened repeatedly.

    Yea, it happens a lot. And sometimes it states that you met your DQ quota, and your account only lists four. And I get a lot that end in errors or state that I've already taken them. I send in tickets for those. I hate that you can spend 20+ minutes on a five minute survey and finish it, then it DQs you, and your account only shows that you spent one minute on it. I get so tired of having to spend so much time writing help tickets.

    Oh my gosh! The rigmarole MP makes new members go through! I referred my neighbor a couple of months or so ago. She is 77 years old. They keep asking her to verify herself every time she wants to upload a receipt or click on a discover link. She finally sent in a ticket asking them about it and they said she needed to send in a pic of her ID. So she thought she could just take a pic and upload it to the website. But no. They sent her an email and she logged in and then it said it could send a verification email, sms, or something else. She kept asking me questions about what she should do. So I told her to have them send an email (she doesn't know how to message). She got the email and then clicked on the link on her phone and it asked questions and then it came up with the camera to take a pic of her ID. It kept telling her it didn't have access. So I looked at her phone, which is a google phone and totally different from my iphone, and it took me forever to find where her permissions were located, and it was already set properly to allow permissions. I went back to the link for her and it said it expired, so had to have a new one sent. Clicked on that and it still said that it needed permission. I kept trying to figure it out for her, and of course the link expired again. Ugh. So I had it send another link to her email, then forwarded it to my email, and accessed that from my phone, and it worked. So I took the pics with my phone, and then it wanted a somewhat panoramic view of her face. She was not happy with that. LOL So I handed her my phone and she tried it, and it didn't like the shots she got. So she had to do it again. LOL Finally, it worked. Hopefully, she never has to verify anything again. I felt bad for her since I got her into this mess. She rarely bothers sending in tickets cause she doesn't like having to take screenshots. I try to help her all I can but she doesn't always understand everything. MP makes me crazy with all of its errors, I can't imagine what it does to her. Poor woman.

    They day MP asks me for a copy of my ID, is the day I quit. No way would I send them anything like that. That site isn't worth the risk.
