Do we have any legal people here who have managed to get thru it and see what is different. All I could get out of it was that they don't guarantee any points and if you don't them to collect your data, you need to quit.

That's what I got -- they have all the rights to our info if we want pennies. And I don't use a cell phone to do any of this, that sounded even worse.

Click the Privacy Policy link at the bottom of the page. New Privacy Policy Updated 11/2/2022. The banner also indicated new Terms and Conditions -- so you might try that also.

Well, I learned not to agree to continue with a survey if it gives me an extra incentive. Twice on one survey, it promised me an extra incentive if I would answer a few more questions. Both times I agreed to continue. Ten minute survey ended up being 29 minutes and I only got the original amount stated. I reported it to MP.

And just think of all that additional info about you that they collected.

My pending activity has finally returned to the top of the account statement page. It's been missing for about a month.

Today I started a survey, answered the qualification questions and then was sent to a page that said -- the survey you are attempting to take is currently offline. Please try again later. Why put surveys out there that are not available when I am online? How would they suggest I try later? And it didn't return to the survey page -- so not even a DQ point.

That happened to me last week, and I submitted a Help Ticket (via Account Statement link, under 'Visited'). Reported it as a technical problem, and got full credit for the survey.

Me too. Got the same message. The other message that drives me insane is when I finish a survey or get DQed back to the survey page and I IMMEDIATELY click another survey (like 2 seconds after it appears) and I get told the survey is full or over or whatever.
