I believe they stated on the mypoints facebook page that certain ISPs are blocked and therefore the click and earns won't work for those folks. MP says it's not them blocking them. Therefore, they will never be fixed. That's why I have to do the RevU surveys in order to get the Discover Deals to credit my To-Do list. I haven't had any adgate surveys for a week or more.
If your receipt is pending and you need it to credit your to-do list, write a PM to the MP facebook page (if you have facebook) telling them about the problem and give them your MP email. Then create a post on the MP facebook page and ask them to look at your PM. I have done that before and they credited it that day and I was able to complete my to-do list. I actually did that this morning and am hoping they'll get to it by end of today.

Just realized that today is Columbus Day (a federal holiday) and therefore MP might not be working today. Ugh.

Woot! They credited my receipt, so I completed my to-do list today. They also posted the point perk schedule on the facebook page. It says it'll post between 1-3pm PT today, so I guess that means it should post in a couple of minutes.

Nope -- no FB. Really? -- they are partnered with places that say their ISP's are not allowing 1 penny points? I'm not having the same issue on SBs. Why don't they just cut them out? They'd rather keep them than us I guess. I've been doing the RevU wizard surveys. They quickly dismiss me, but I get the 1 point.

I'm so sick of MP and SB hiding behind "we don't control that." They blame the ISPs for not allowing the 1pt Click and Earns to credit. I've had Pets Plus receipts that don't qualify because I only bought cat food -- not produce, canned goods, etc. According to MP the stores say what products can qualify. Today I have Total Wine and More receipts. Wine? Nope. Beer? Nope. Liquor? Nope. But if I bought produce, mac & cheese, or steak there -- they qualify. Only 2 hard seltzers (which I don't buy) qualify. Total Wine doesn't sell produce, mac & cheese or steak. Don't you think MP & SB would have more say about bogus offers? I do. Bait and switch it's called.

Holy wow! Monica works some late hours. Two hours ago I submitted a Help Ticket (around 1:00 a.m here, 10 p.m. Pacific). I got a response from her time-stamped 11:38 Pacific, stating she reviewed it and credited my account with 100 points (it was a technical error - sent me to an error page). I wasn't expecting to hear anything until the next day - cheers for Monica!

She sure does! It's 5:48am ET (2:48 PT) and she just credited me for a survey I completed, but got dq'd for!
She should go to bed now and get some sleep! 
ETA: I'm getting some odd amounts lately, for being dq'd. So far this morning 16, 20, 10, and 1 pt. Since when do we get 16 and 20 pts for being dq'd?! (Not complaining, just seems odd).

weird, I got 5 points each for 4 DQs and the only time I get 1 point is for RevU DQ. Grab it while it lasts!!
