I posted a comment on FB yesterday about that pending survey. About an hour later they sent me a PM asking for my email address. I answered immediatley so no reason they shouldn't have seen my response.
It's been 13 1/2 hours and they still haven't viewed it.
I just sent a help ticket about it. Who knows, maybe Monica is there today and will credit me! lol

I did that back a couple of days ago, after we posted here about it. It still hasn't credited for me, either.

This was their response to me:
"Hi Bonnie, sorry for the trouble! We are working with the team to help avoid this moving forward. We'll reach out via a PM for an update."
They never even sent me a PM.

I just got credit for it!
I can always count on getting credit for something, when she's working! The others like to argue with me.

I sent in a help ticket for it. Thought I'd sent in one before, but didn't see it. Also posted on the MP page again. I was credited for 125 points, but it has a different survey number on it. Rather strange.
Just realized the survey that credits by end of today is still listed as pending. Don't know what they credited if it wasn't for that.

It's still pending for me too. I wish they'd fix it because it's messing up my total points available to redeem for a GC.

Any of you do the Kantar drink surveys? If so, is there any way of seeing what drinks you've recorded? I can't find any way of doing so. Sometimes I can't remember if I put down everything for the day or not. I don't write it down, and I think I've recorded it, but I'm not sure. They should have some way that you can see what you've recorded.

I get most of my help responses from April. She has credited things for me for MP as well as SB. Haven't had to submit any tickets recently, but when I do, she is the person who usually responds with solutions.

There's no way to review what you've entered, so you'll have to write it all down and keep track that way. I write everything down in a notebook for the whole day, and then enter all of it the next morning. That's been the easiest way for me.

M** Major said it's time for her to move on (AGAIN). LOL She is one of the biggest whiners on the MP FB page. Seems like nearly every day she complains and says she's going to move on. I'm about to block her from the page. LOL
