Watch out for Survey # 7331335 Length: 8 min 22 PTS. It's a JD Power survey about your electric company. It starts out claiming to be 8 minutes, then when you click on the link, it says 20 minutes, then when you start the survey it says 15 minutes. I took the whole survey, even had to look up my electric bill last month, and it was 15 minutes long. Luckily, I took a few screenshots, so had proof of taking it, cause it claimed I didn't qualify at the end and didn't credit or reroute me back to mypoints. I really wish they'd get after these companies that do this.

The 12 point bonus for completing the to-do list is still not crediting.

And the last time that happened to me they sent me some BS response that said they can't be responsible for 3rd party partners and if I'm not directed back to the Survey Home Page their servers can't identify that I've completed the survey. Like I have any control over that. I don't remember getting credited for that.
And I agree with the time changes -- I call it bait and switch. Whenever I send in a ticket I mention that it took a lot longer than what I originally clicked on.

I didn't see that one, but I did get another one. Claims to give $60 in rewards.
I declined, because of this.........
There are two requirements to participate in this study (and to receive points worth $60):
- First, participants will be asked to go to the company's sign-up webpage and share their utility login information (username & password) for their online utility account. The information will be shared on a secure server and will only be utilized for testing purposes during the course of the 2-week study. No changes will be made to the account.
- After entering their information, participants will receive an email from the energy company with an "offer". Participants should save this email until they receive a survey invitation to gather feedback on the offer. The survey invitation will come within the next 1-2 days and you will have 7 days to complete that survey.
No way in hell am I giving login information! I don't care what company it's for. If my electric company wants me to take a survey, then THEY can notify me!

Once again, completed all 9 on the To-Do List, and didn't get additional 12 pts.

I seem to have to send a report weekly on this. I did not get my 12 points either.

This morning I went to the Survey home page, saw a guaranteed survey, clicked the link and got shot right back to the Survey home page with this message: Unfortunately, the responses you provided were not answered as directed. Due to this reason, we are unable to continue this survey experience.

Same here. It takes me a year to get to $20! I cashed-out back in September, and closed my account last night.
Here's the response I got: Since your balance is below $20, downloading Coupons.com app and linking your PayPal account is mandatory to receive your SavingStar balance credited to the linked PayPal account. If you do not wish or not able to do any of the above, you have time till November 30th to redeem your activated offers and make up to the $20 balance. Once you achieve the $20 balance you can request the Payout through the SavingStar channels.
