I don't do anything on my cell phone. I only have a $14 balance on SavingStar so I put in ticket asking how I get my money without installing an app. We'll see what happens.
Oh -- and I had to laugh about their comment saying Savingstar would be "winding down" -- I haven't seen anything on there I buy in months!

They're probably counting on a lot of people not downloading their app, so they can keep your money!

Same here. It takes me a year to get to $20! I cashed-out back in September, and closed my account last night.

I've had four days now that my printed coupons didn't credit. I put in tickets for all of them and so far they've credited me for one.

Just discovered that they finally credited me for all of my coupons. They did it in one lump sum instead of crediting them individually, so I didn't notice at first.

I don't remember there being coupons on my bingo card, but if so, I suppose they did because I was only left with four that I couldn't fill. I managed to claim 40 points, and that was the most I would be able to get, cause I don't have anyone to refer, and I don't do the shoply or dining stuff.

I got 40 points from Bingo and I should have waited until tomorrow to claim it. Apparently it counts towards your daily goal and I had already reached mine today. That would have been nice to have tomorrow. Now we know. Claim on a day that you need the points.
