I just put in a ticket, too. I had to use GENERAL comments not Bingo because the option to pick a problem square did not have this square. Feel free to copy my text and bombard them with complaints about this.

"I click on the bingo square to add viviscal hair growth and it goes to a blank page. IT is also not listed on the overall Magic receipt page. So how are we supposed to complete that square and the associated patterns if that object does not exist?? The attachment shows the page that I get. BLANK!!"

I got that at least once last week - I hate when they don't even give DQ points.

Monthly Bonus points have been posted. They do not add to your Daily Goal, but it's points

Did a quick log in, and already hit my Daily Goal - one of my delayed reward surveys from 6/13 was credited (196 points!), and it also checked off on attempt and complete a survey!

There are a number of magic receipt items that state, "This offer may only be redeemed once (1) per user." Yet, I have done a number of them more than once. As soon as I upload one, the offer disappears and then it reappears the next day. I don't know why they keep offering it to me if it's only supposed to be redeemed once per user. Can anyone else make sense of that?

I can't make sense of it, but it happens to me a lot. If they want to double credit me for something, that's fine with me! A small way to make up for all the other BS they put me through, and points they owe me.

Just spent 25 mins on a survey about ice cream/frozen novelties, and got this response:

    We're sorry
Responses to this survey will be under review by our research partner for up to 14 days before a reward may be issued.
Would have been nice to know this BEFORE I wasted my time on this! I would have skipped it, because I know darn well I won't get credit for it.

I sent a help ticket and complained about it. (Not that it will do any good).
They added a new subject line..........."Activity ID"
    WTH is that??
    It's under "Survey ID"
Wouldn't they be the same thing??

I saw that in their Help Ticket form last night. You just have to put the Survey ID in, I think. I left the Activity ID blank on my request. But what I have started to do (on my computer) is open my email (Yahoo) and make a record of my complaint by composing a new email and copying the text that I wrote, and saving it in Drafts. I'll add the survey number and Help Ticket number in the subject line, and save that draft. I also put a reminder in my calendar to check my account by the end of that period (14 days, in your case) and if it doesn't show up, I submit a new Help Ticket and reference the original complaint number. I let them know that I have checked after the time period stated. That tends to get more results. Sometimes you do get credit without having to resubmit your complaint, like the credit I got today, but I don't count on it. I think I'm going to set up a journal of sorts to track all of my own activity. I hate that they say the reward is going to be delayed after the fact. Some of them say at the start that the reward is delayed - I can skip the survey, or take screen shots if I decide to do it. Total pain.

It usually has a different "must be purchased" date when it reappears. I've had it disappear just as I was going to submit the item, then reappear with a different date (making my receipt useless).
