I had to submit a help ticket yesterday - it seemed I was nearing the end, though I hadn't reached the demographics questions. But I got redirected to Swagbucks instead of MyPoints. I should get 75 for completion, or 5 for being disqualified, at least - but not redirected to Swagbucks! Sheesh.

And I am skittish about taking any surveys being screened by prsrvy. Too risky to get 'restricted' by not being 'consistent' with my answers.

I've gotten that at least 3 times. Guess I should start complaining so they will see it is a problem with more than one account.

Why the heck did they have to change the layout of the Magic Receipt page?

Now I can't figure out how to upload the receipt with items I just bought.

If it ain't broke......don't fix it!!

(Only one good thing though......now you can 'delete' items from your list! Thank God! I have so much junk on my list because I had to add it to complete To Do List Or Bingo)

    ********

ETA. I found it. I had 2 items on my receipt and got credit for those, and then it also gave me credit (3pts) for Everyday Receipt. So now we don't have to upload a second time for that.

When you click on Magic Receipts, go to the top right of the brown banner where it says "My List" and shows a shopping cart. Click on that.
    Click on "Submit Receipt"
Then click on the store, and your items

I noticed that the other day and thought it rather odd. LOL

I think they're going to start adding restaurants, and fast food restaurants to the list. For the past 2 months I've been getting surveys from KFC, Chic-Fil-A, Burger King and Arby's, through MP. (I usually get the survey about a week after uploading the receipt as an Everyday receipt). They ask the usual survey questions like they would if you answered from their receipt surveys, and then the last question wants to know if you'd eat there more often, if you were awarded points at MyPoints/Swagbucks.

Thanks for walking through the process - I couldn't quite understand the change. I don't know how successful I would have been trying to figure it out on my own.

I will have to see what things I have on it for Walmart, and what things I have on the list for Meijer. I do the majority of my shopping at Meijer, but we do pop in to Walmart from time to time. And I had to scroll past most of the alphabetical listings to find Aldi - I go there about as often as Meijer, since they are in the same area.

Shoot - they removed Menard's from their list of 'any' stores, as well as Pizza Hut and Burger King. Those last two were places we'd buy from at least once a month, if not more often.

I just had the strangest survey experience. After answering the demographics (in which I said I was female), it started asking me about men's deodorant. Which I'd purchased and what I thought of them, etc. I don't buy men's deodorant, but I answered the questions. Then it showed me a commercial and afterward asked me what the commercial was for. The brand in the commercial was not listed as an answer, so I just randomly chose an answer to move on. Then it started asking me about what I thought of the commercial, which I thought was rather dumb and couldn't even figure out the point. It didn't even seem like a deodorant commercial and I'd never even heard of it. I muddled my way through the silly survey but at least I got my points.

I commented on this a while back because the layout changed on Swagbucks, so I was expecting this. It does take some getting used to. And, if you didn't notice -- whenever you submit a receipt it automatically highlights the "any item" box. So you get credit for that instead of having to upload a receipt separately.

I actually like the new layout much better, because it's more organized and categorized. There's just one thing I don't really care for. When you click on an item to see the details first, it now goes to a new page; and then you have to go back to the previous page after viewing the details. I liked it better when it just popped open in a box on the same page and clicking the area outside the box would just close it up--minor detail I guess.
