    That's so aggravating. It's like with the coupon prints. They always undercut me by a few, and I keep letting it go. I should write them and give them a count of all the points they owe me, but then I think, is it really worth it?

    I would tell them.
    How difficult is it for them to actually READ the ticket. They expect us to jump through hoops & follow every little direction or not get points. Why aren't they held to the same standard.

    I would not expect much from them, but I would still let her know about her mistake

    Yeah, I probably will reply and tell her. Seems kinda odd that the same person shorted me 3 pts on each one. I wonder how often they do that, and people don't notice. Same with coupons, like bonniejeanne mentioned.

    Just imagine how much they'd save by doing that. MP is 'liked' by 350,000+ people. Even if they undercut half those people, ONE point per week.....they're saving 175,000 pts!

    If it was me, I would harass them just on principle. I kept sending in tickets when I would get 5 points instead of 7 for completing my entire to-do list on the days they offered 7. Every. single. time. The past few weeks they seemed to have fixed the programming and I get 7 if I complete it on the correct days. So maybe my constant bugging them got them to fix it once and for all. I'd say DO IT!!

    I noticed something with the coupons because I use cute PDF to print them to a pdf file. Let's day I pick 15 coupons to print. The little orange box on the top right says "15". But when I print I might only get 13 or 14. Not every time but almost half the time, I would get fewer than I chose. So I started taking screen shots after I clicked them, then I'd print the coupons. IF the numbers are the same, I delete the screen shot. So far, I haven't gotten shorted since I started doing that a few days ago. But the hoops we jump thru.....

    Yea, I get screenshots, too. It's just that it takes so long to fill out their silly forms and write explanations, and upload the screenshots, that I wonder if it's even worth the extra couple of points.

    I have almost completed 'plus' on both MP and SB. My issue is -- now I have to come up with 2 receipts to submit. It's always about buying something with them.

    I'm bugging them for my 2pts on a Bread purchase. They put it under review, then said they couldn't find a matching item. So I sent them an email, with the bread circled. Dammit -- I bought the stuff, scanned it, submitted it, resubmitted it -- they can at least give me my 2pts. Sick of it.
