So friggin mad!!!
Just spent a half hour doing a survey for 425 pts.......completed it, but did NOT get credit!
Another help ticket! This will make 15 that I'm waiting on since April 10!
Now I have to do another survey, to get credit for my Daily Goal, and the To Do List

I completed a rather long survey this morning, and right at the end there was some technical problem, so it didn't go back to My Points and award me any points. I did 2 My Points surveys yesterday, that sent me to Toluna, and both of them ended with Sorry - technical problems, so of course, no points.

Oh for Petes sake!
Just checked my account this morning, and they credited me for 2 surveys from last week. The one that was worth 425 pts, and one worth 128 pts.
Problem is....they only credited me 422 and 125 pts! (It was the same person who credited them). I can see in the confirmation emails, that when I sent the help tickets I correctly said "Please credit XXX points.''
Should I reply back to the emails and tell her what she did, or just let it go??
