The team really jumped out ahead early, and they must know some good tricks. I uploaded a Magic Receipt that included 200 points for Cat Chow, but it's still pending. It was a nice win though - Get a 300 SB Discount on your next Gift Card Redemption!
The last team I was on placed last, so I feel your pain.

Everyone seems to be having problems with their new system on Collector Bills. Somehow you have to get them to "unlock" then you have to earn them. According to their blog "This set will be tied to survey completions. Every time you earn SB from a survey completion, you’ll be closer to unlocking a Collector’s Bill. You will have until 11:59pm PT on Sunday, November 24th to complete the set." But I've completed surveys and got nothing -- search -- nothing. I've read on another site that people have done multiple surveys and got nothing. One guy said he got a 5Pt one for search. Good luck.

I redeemed for Amazon (my usual) which was on sale. I just stack them in my account and let them add up until I have a need or urge to buy something there

I usually get Walmart. Used to be able to get $100 a month from the various survey places -- less now because they are all making it harder. Store is around the corner and we stock up on OTC stuff. Always helps!

Swaggernauts, we have updated the Collector's Bill Blog with the breakdown of survey completions needed to earn each Collector's Bill. We apologize for all the confusion surrounding the launch of these Collector's Bills and we hope this answers any questions you might have!
Here are the number of surveys that must be completed to earn each bill:
Complete 3 Surveys = 5 SB
Complete 5 Surveys = 10 SB
Complete 7 Surveys = 15 SB
Complete 10 Surveys = 20 SB
Complete 15 Surveys = 30 SB
Complete 20 Surveys = 50 SB
You will see a pop-up of the Collector's Bill once you have completed the amount of surveys needed for each bill. You do not need to use Swagbucks Search after each survey completion to find the Collector's Bills.
This breakdown only applies to this Collector’s Bill set that launched on November 18th. The amount of surveys needed or activities that must be completed to earn Collector's Bills can change in the future.
