It’s time for the Beetlejuice Team Challenge!

All members who participate and contribute at least 500 points to their team’s total will receive a SB bonus in the form of a SB Swag Up Rebate! Members of the 1st place team will receive a 300 SB Swag Up Rebate, 2nd place will receive a 100 SB Swag Up Rebate, and 3rd place will receive a 75 SB Swag Up Rebate, and 4th place will receive a 50 SB Swag Up Rebate. I was denied 2 SB for my purchase of apples-any brand. They said it did not meet the minimum. According to the screenshot I have of apples -- the requirement is "1 eligible product" -- not pounds.

They have changed their Contact Us "help" (that's a joke) procedure. When you click on the item in Activity there's a place that says "contact cust service" but when you click that link it takes you to a listing of your tickets. Well, I didn't have a ticket -- they were manually reviewing my receipt and denied it. So as far as they were concerned -- case closed.

I decided to submit it again. I again got a pop up that said they would have to manually review. I took advantage of THAT form to complain about being denied previously for not meaning the minimum -- but attached the "1 eligible product" screenshot and pointed out it would be hard for Food Lion to charge me for less than 1 apple.

This just gets more frustrating every day.

Don't forget team challenge. I made my 500 pts to qualify for a Swag Up at the end just by doing 2 Truex, getting credit for my apples!!!!! (see above), doing all the 1pt Click & Earns in Discover (each one credits 25 Team Points) and adding 5 items to my shopping list. I'm on Team Beetlejuice, but they are all very close right now. Lets see if I can help now that I've done the easy stuff.

They did award me the 4SB Collector's Bill, so that's good. I guess people on FB haven't been notified. I see on another site they are still saying they are not getting the Collector Bill.
