What is IT? You mention a 'secondary bank account' - is that an account of yours? I'm leery about sharing any banking information when I don't have to (even though I have multiple accounts at various institutions).

I don't see anything about IT on their page. I just redeemed 1200 pts by clicking on Bank Transfer, but it didn't ask for any of my banking information. I got an email confirmation with my name and address on it that says 'shipping information.'
So, I'll assume they're mailing me another check??

IT is a third party website, not pinecone. I think it is called rewards on demand. My secondary account is a second bank account I have that I keep very little money in (usually less than $100) it is not tied to my other bank accounts.

Wallet Rewards on Demand.
I got an email a few mins ago that says...
Congratulations on your $3.00 reward!
Please select the link and below to begin creating your Wallet account, verifying your bank, and initiating your Bank Transfer.
I guess I'm not getting a check. lol
I'm going to try and cancel that transaction. I Googled that company and the reviews aren't all that great.

I've done this 4 times with pinecone and each time the money showed up the next business day.

Not sure I completely understand your question, but if you joined Pinecone within the last 30 days your first redemption must be a bank transfer. If you are a past member and are trying to redeem points it usually takes 3-5 business days for the reward to show up. You should receive emails telling you it's being processed and when it is ready. You can log into your account and go to FAQ for more info. There is also a Contact Us link there is you need to ask them what is going on.

Hey everyone.
I have been a member of pinecone for probably about 4 years. It was a fun way to get some extra cash and I loved the Paypal option (of course all good things must come to an end).
I redeemed my funds once through check(I didn't mind it but it took so long)
So I just redeemed 39$ worth of cash (through bank transfer), on 12/1. 12/2, they sent 5 or 6 separate codes through email, each with their own pin # and when I went to create an account and input the codes and pin#'s on the wallet.rewardsondemand website, and NONE of them worked! I needed that money to buy some last-minute Christmas trinkets.
Any advice on what I should do? I emailed the wallet people twice and every time I click to contact Pinecone, the page never loads...
Any advice would be helpful cause I am freaking out!

Any tips for defective codes/or codes not working?
It was my first time going through wallet on-demand and NONE of my codes work. I have 39$ total to claim...
I contacted their customer service but no response yet

Try now. I had the same issue and I contacted Pine Cone and rewards wallet. After 24 hours they got back to me and it worked. Try again.
