    MyPoints deletes points after 12 months - no warnng

    Just a warning. I just lost 5000 points - they said it was normal policy...

    It's not all that unusual. Many points/rewards program will delete your account or points, if you don't participate for a year.

    Kellogg's is one. They send me reminders about once every two months, to sign in and avoid losing my points. (I sign in weekly anyhow).

    Some send reminders...some don't.

    I been there almost daily earning points and clicking on emails. They said I have to use my points (cash out) within a year and yes i watched videos and searched

    Oh what a load of cr*p! They can give you the points back as a courtesy! Sure wouldn't kill them or put them out of business. I hate when companies say stupid things like that!
