Thread: Netwinner points back in account, no explanation???

I, like everyone else, have been waiting for several cashouts from Netwinner. Sometimes patiently, sometimes, impatiently. I continue to play, hoping it will help (can't hurt I guess, doing other things, so doesn't waste time. Anywho, play some thing morning. Then, I return back just a couple minutes ago, and I have 150,000 more points than I did previously. I though WTH, did I win a prize I'll never get? So I start looking, and where is shows what you have cashed out for - the 3 $25 ecount GC I have been waiting for have dissapeared. No fulfilled, processing, cancelled nothing. So, I guess they just added the point back to my account (and then some though, for my waiting.???) I don't know what is going on, know message from them on the site or email explaining either. SO what the hell now, I am supposed to cash out again and the 8 months I have already waiting is down the toilet? THis is such BS! ANyone else have this happen or know the deal.

Ecard option is gone. All ya can cash out for is raffles.

Same for me, and conveniently, their forum is down. All of my ecount cards appear to be cancelled and the points have been returned to my account.

Also, ecount cards are no longer listed under the redemption choices at all. Just raffles.

Same for me. I don't know how this can be considered to be anything but fraud! I am also one who has been playing just a bit lately to keep account active, hoping that they would send prizes already earned. It makes no sense at all to remain a member of this program now.

OMG, My husband is waiting for $325.00 in GC's and cash

The only thing he has left is the $25.00 cash he will probably never get

I was owed $100.00 in gc's and they are gone

Can they get away with this?

Are they located in NC?

My points are all back in my account too, and all the cash out requests that were unfulfilled are gone.

I wonder what all those "see, I told you they were going to pay" saps are going to say now? Wait, I know - "This is GREAT! More chances to win something! Thanks Mike, you are the best!!!"

OH my gosh, that's terrible!

This is sooo unbelievable, the lousy nerve of these people to just lead us on and on with their promises!!!! I am so mad!!

So what can the BBB do about it? If I knew it would do any good I would write to them also, but if its not going to get us our money, why do it?

Ideas, I really hate to see them get away with this!

No, they can't get away with it. They AGREED to give you the Ecount payout (or GCs) when they allowed you to cash out for it. They are located in NC. Go to the BBB site and clink the "look up a business or charity", then type in Netwinner.
