does anyone have a phone number for milesource? it seems as though they are trying hard again to gyp my daughter out of her second 50.00 gift certificate. she wants to let it go and quit and i will not let her do this or i am going to find out why. on her account number is her email address which has been there for a very long time has come up as an invalid email . can someone give me some forsight as to what to do? we would appreciate your help i just can't believe this. also are they in partnership with memolink? thanks for anyones help. she could change the email address back to the origional but fear this would cause complications

p.s going to the contact us does not work. she followed the rules there and said invalid password, would you like us to forward or did you forget. this is when she became aware that the email was not found. go figure sorry frustrated

Last I heard Memolink & Milesource were run by the same company.

Are you absolutely certain it's rejecting her account info? Here's why I ask....

When you click on the Contact Member Services link it opens a pop-up window that asks for "Username" and "Password." Those ARE NOT the same as her Milesource User ID and Password.

First she will need to click on "Create a tracking account" which is right above the username/password fields. The username and password she will create as the first step in setting up a tracking account is what they're really asking for.

"Create a tracking account" is just a totally confusing way of saying "Tell us what the problem is, and here's a special username and password so you can follow up if we don't get back to you." I think they figure most people will be so confused and frustrated that they'll just give up and go away. But every time I've contacted them so far they have replied.

Milesource must be connected with memolink because their gift certificates take forever to come. I have been waiting 6 months now and I keep emailing them and all I get is their auto responce that their gift certificates are on back order. 6 months of back order yeah sure!!???
