Is Luckypoints closing?
I went to do the site of the day and it said that Luckypoints was closing the program. Did anybody else see this?

Re: Is Luckypoints closing?
We regret to inform you that we are discontinuing the LuckyPoints.com rewards program. We value your membership and have made sure that you still have enough time to earn points and order your last prizes. Click the "View Site of the Day" link to learn more.
Then when I clicked View Site of the Day I got an error....
I only have 4,022
Looks like Red Cross will get a donation....

SRR is doing the same thing

Re: Is Luckypoints closing?
big surprise....you know when they start to devalue everything (half the points of PCH for trivia and sotd) and then kill the sotd ..... things are going downhill. I gave up on SRR months ago
at least I had just enough points (1800) to make the minimum - $2 Tsunami donation (1750)

If I was you I'd go ahead and cash out now and maybe they'll honor them.

Re: Is Luckypoints closing?
Tammy,
If you want to cash in your points, I'd say the sooner the better. They don't give a deadline so it could be 24 hours. I wouldn't want to chance that it might be a week.
I ordered two restaurant cards and gave the rest to Tsunami Relief.

LuckyPoints Deactivation
We regret to inform you that we are discontinuing the LuckyPoints.com rewards program.
We value your membership and have made sure that you still have enough time to earn points and order your last prizes.
You can keep earning points as usual until October 3, 2005. After that, there will be no further point-earning opportunities. However, new prize orders will be taken until December 1, 2005.
All outstanding prizes will be delivered by December 15, 2005.
The LuckyPoints.com website, containing only your account history and access to member support, will remain available to you until December 31, 2005. At that time, the site will be closed and mark the end of the program.
If you have not received your prize by December 31, 2005, please contact Member Support immediately at [email protected].

We're waiting on $5 BK from them. Hopefully we get them soon. We have an October B-Day.
