Thread: Freeride Rewards!

Just got this email:

Dear FreeRiders,

Those of you who contacted our Customer Support Department may already aware of this issue. We recently discovered that there was an error in the processing of rewards for which some members redeemed between 6/20/05 and 6/26/05. Unfortunately, the error caused for some of these orders placed during that time to be "lost" in our system.

We have corrected the problem and those members who have been affected will have their orders reprocessed. We hope to have all orders mailed out within 7 to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

We are thankful to those of our members who contacted us about this matter, and do deeply apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Have you been paid before? Im relatively new to Freeride and am all about learning before I totally waste my time. Ive made enough to get $25 gc but am waiting to get to $50 since you can earn quickly. TIA for any info.

I have been paid several times before. It usually takes about 4-5 weeks. Hopefully, this glitch in their system was isolated and won't happen again. I really like Freeride. It's worth the time.

Freeride has always paid me. It usually takes about four weeks. So far, I've received six $50 gift cards. It's a good place to shop online too.
