Thread: Milesource - Sent me wrong reward

I've been a Milesource member for years and have had nothing but problems with them. Cashed out a long time ago for binoculars that they never had in stock and fought with them for over a year to get the points they said they would put back in my account, which they finally did.

As soon as I got close to getting a high point reward, they kept taking my points away from me, so in March, I decided to cash out everything I could and be done with them

I was thrilled they actually shipped it and today I got a package with a packing slip for the coffee wave, but the only thing in the box was "The French Fry Companion" book (stories about the french fry) that I do not want. I wrote a complaint to them on the Award Center website to see how I go about getting the item I ordered, so we'll see if they do anything about this.

I also used 5000 points to order a $10 cash award and 11,000 points for a $25 Costco GC. Neither one of these has shipped yet, and now I'm wondering what they'll substitute for these? (Maybe a book that has stories about hamburgers? lol)

Anyone else have these kinds of problems with this program?
