Thread: A friends child commits suicide

Oh my God! I was involved in a group text that a friends 27 year old child committed suicide in the bathroom at the parents home. This is the 3rd in the last 3 years, the other 2 were younger. No signs of depression that they could tell, the child was visiting from another state. He was a bright young man, had a great job, seemed to be doing very well, visiting his parents, and does this the day before he was set to go home. The father, our friend found him, I haven't spoken to him yet, but someone said all he could hear were his own screams. The childs friends seem to be just as puzzled. It has become an epidemic. We are all floored. Please hold your loved ones close.
