How long does it take to get my prize?

Please allow up to six weeks for prizes to arrive at your door. While many items may be in stock in our warehouse, we do get back ordered occasionally. From your home page, you can keep track of your orders at any time.


What is the Prize Store?

This is where you can cash in your points for great prizes like the latest CDs, DVDs, and sometimes one of a kind items.


Why have the points for song ratings changed?

We recently opened up the jukebox to users with a new music preferences feature that allows you to select different genres, and rate songs across a variety of different styles and types. Doing this allows a lot more music to become available in your jukebox, and it is because of this we have lowered the point compensation per rated song from 5 points to 3 points to keep up with the demand for new music.

However, we have added some new ways to earn points that are announced in our weekly newsletter. The details of the bonus points award is only available in the newsletter so make sure you read it and play along for the bonus!

And, as an added incentive, for every 15 songs you rate within a 7-day time period you will earn an extra 15 points!
